We created our Brand/Plus offering after receiving requests from numerous omnichannel brands asking if we could help them figure out why business was off, new customers were not showing up, creative was ho-hum, or their brand story wasn’t being communicated effectively. Rather than cobbling together individual audits that only looked at bits and pieces of a business, we realized that all of these brands, whether large or small, could benefit greatly from a structured, comprehensive review of their brand, marketing, and creative efforts.
The purpose of Brand/Plus is to identify and document a comprehensive understanding of the brand, marketing, creative, and eCommerce strategies within the retail companies that hire us. The assessment will address the brand’s current strengths and opportunities for increasing brand awareness and driving a more cohesive, integrated marketing program across all channels with a special focus on brand, catalog and digital marketing.
We will identify and define where and how the brand is or is not aligned or properly leveraged in voice, content, creative, merchandising, etc., across channels in both development and execution.
Beyond demographic and psychographic profiles, we will identify the buying behavior of the various customer segments in order to quantify the market opportunity.
Identify, review and document what you are currently doing to drive brand awareness, deepen customer loyalty, engage and acquire new customers.
Gain full visibility to the key digital marketing components for building out an informed and appropriately aggressive digital strategy.
Ensure that all creative, across all channels, is representing your brand accurately and effectively.
