Rick brings 30 years of strategic thinking and creative experience to the table. He cut his teeth at Pentagram in the ‘80s, entering the world of catalog design with the award-winning The Nature Company catalog and soon after moving to form his own creative agency. There, he worked with many top retailers including Design Within Reach, Art.com, Restoration Hardware, Benefit Cosmetics, Nickelodeon, The Oakland Raiders, Discovery Toys, and Road Runner Sports, to name just a few. Rick later served as Co-Founder and Chief Content Officer at Catalog Spree (an app providing paperless catalog shopping), VP of Creative at SysIQ (an ecommerce development agency), Director of Creative at Gump’s (a famed San Francisco retailer), and EVP of Creative at CohereOne (a catalog strategy agency) before returning once again to his first love: running his own agency.
